Interested in the LNC

Hi, I am an LPN with 15 years experience in a variety of areas of nursing. I am working on getting my RN. i am very much interested in the LNC and was told that in Ga a certification is not required. I am also taking a paralegal certification course. What is the best way to get started after I become an RN?

Hello, daydreamgapeach, and to allnurses.com and the Legal Nursing forum

Good to have you with us.

Formal LNC education or certification is not required in any state. But, I would never advise any RN to consider this career without some type of LNC education.

Read through the marketing thread to get some helpful information about how to get started marketing. Once you have become an RN and gathered some RN experience, this information will serve you well in the LNC career.

Good luck with RN career goals and future LNC plans, too.

We hope you enjoy allnurses.com!
