Interested in LNC, but concerned about the marketing aspect

I am also considering a course in LNC. I am not a business woman, but with any RN, I have organizational skills to some extent! I am concerned about the marketing aspect. Some of the programs state that the program will market you and you will receive cases in that way. Is this true?

I don't want to make a time and money investment into a career that I will not be successful at....Can anyone give me any advice that is not already posted on this thread?

I'm not going to say there are not programs with this available as an extra option (added expense as part of the program), but I've never heard of that.
