Considering VMI

I just siged up for my Vickie Milazzo Course in Atlanta which begins October 1st. I am very excited, but apprehensive at the same time. The course was so expensive. Therefore, I signed up for the basic course only with no apprenticeship. I live in the Middle Georgia area, but the market does not seem to be so great here. However, I'm less than two hours from Atlanta. There are many possibilities there! I really wanted to do the VIP course, but I worried whether the cost of the VIP really pay for itself in Georgia. I've always been excited about learning new things so I'm looking forward to the challenge either way. Does anyone know if the Institute will send the book before the conference so that I can begin studying? Thanks.

Hi Lexus,

I'm taking the VIP in October in Vegas. I have gone through the book, and watched the videos. For me, the videos contained a lot more info with examples to help you to remember the basic concepts. Whichever is more helpful to you would depend upon what type of learner that you are.

After going through the book and watching the videos, I answered the questions in the back of the book with 95% accuracy. I hope that will be a good indicator of the certification exam. Personally, I could not imagine trying to cram all of that info in my brain in one week though. I personally don't learn squat by cramming. I need to listen and absorb the info, rather than spend my time taking notes, and missing the jist of what is being said, and then try to cram on top of that? I am glad I decided on VIP so I have the time to prep. The seminar, I hope to absorb little things that I had trouble remebering, and refresh on what I've already learned. Best of luck to you Lexus!!

Let me know how things go for you. I wish you great success in your business.

sirI,

On some of the marketing material shown as an illustration of what is provided at the apprenticeship, there is a logo that consist of a courtroom gavel with a stethoscope intertwined. Is that logo Vickie Milazzo's logo only, do all CLNCs share it no matter what the name of their business is , or does one develop their own business logo after the course?

You may use the title, CLNC, after your name once you pass the post-course examination, not before.

To answer your question; all that pass the examination whether they attend the apprenticeship or not, may use the CLNC after their name. One does not have to attend any apprenticeship to use the CLNC.

I hope this is what you were asking.

No, that logo is not a part of any copywritten material from Vickie Milazzo. Anyone can use it. I suggest that you develop your own logo, however, to be unique.

I WAS THINKING OF DOING THAT TO BUT NOT SURE IF IT IS ALL THEY SAY WITH THE MONEY PART:uhoh3:

Hello, MSBYRD0915,

It is all that you make of it. The career can be very lucrative.

But, what all of these educative entities do not tell the RN is that it is probably the hardest job you will have. Not the case content itself, but the marketing aspect of the job. Cases don't just fall into your lap, so to speak, without diligent marketing.

But, if one is faithful in follow up and has a desire to succeed, one can make it in this career.

Good luck with your decision(s).
