Re: Attorney Conference and Exhibiting Idea
Preoprn and sirI,
I just learned tonight that I will be exhibiting at a bar association Law EXPO in
exactly one week. I knew right where to go to get the knowledge I need to succeed. Right here! Talk about a jump start for your LNC business!
Preoprn, I would like to know how you're doing now, what steps for follow-up did you take, results, etc. Also from anyone else who ran with this idea!
Reading all 7 pages of posts and the advice from the nurse attorney, was like a step by step tutorial for me. I took pages of notes!
I am starting from scratch and have lots to do. I don't even have a brochure to start with, but you better beleive I'm getting one and having it delivered priority. I will use Vistaprint and ebates.com, so I can get a discount and and a rebate! I love their cards! I get the premium cards and use the back to list my different services. Then I mistakenly hand them out upside down, so the recipient can notice there's something on the back! (Most people, if you notice, never look at the back of your business card.)
Tomorrow I have a case in the morning but after that, I'm off to Office Depot to look at the L shaped easel and swivel easel sirI was talking about.
I thought of one suggestion, though:
Have the drawing at the end of the conference, like right before the last speaker, so everyone is still there and can see you and then perhaps visit your booth at the end. It would certainly be free publicity and get your face in front of all the attorneys, and the winner would get to come up to collect his/her prize and you can then use that practiced firm handshake.
Yall wish me luck!
