OK, I have a situation. My pens came today and look great, my exhibit is done and I am totally prepared with all of my "stuff" that I need. The situation is that I just got an e-mail from the person in charge of the conference exhibitors and she said that they usually have 6-8 exhibitors, at least 2 being legal nurses. Well, I will be the ONLY exhibitor this time! She said she doesn't know if it is the economy or what it is. She said it is very unusual but would be a GREAT opportunity for me. They will have one table with some books for sale, but other than that, just me! Will I look stupid? Help, what do I do?

Thanks sirI, she did say that I will be right next to her the registration table. I guess I shouldn't freak out yet? By the way, the info you gave me about the pens and exhibit worked out great!

Holey Moley! What an awesome opportunity! Take plenty of candy since no one else will be there giving it away and you will have them all eating out of your hands - literally.

Question - Should I stay at my exhibit all day or should I go in to listen to the conference information? Apparently I have the option.

Stay put! Not all the attorneys will be inside listening. You might miss an opportunity there!

I won't be able to get out there to meet you and check out your exhibit and mingle, but I wish you all the best. Keep us posted!

Normally, the attorneys will be in sessions and not in the exhibit hall/area. But, during breaks, lunch, etc., they will come to that area. Just be sure to be at your exhibit at all breaks, lunch time, etc., without fail.

It's fine to go to a couple sessions. Strike up conversations before/after the sessions and be SURE to have over-abundance of business cards.

OK, it's getting close to the conference. Any suggestions on what I should say as an attorney approaches my exhibit? Do I shake everyones hand? What's the proper thing to do? I will accept any and all suggestions. Getting even more nervous as you can see!
