Been offered a RN/Charge nurse position, just wondering what the pay rate averages in KY

Well, I don't know.
That helps a lot huh?
Seriously though... seems like LPN's in LTC, in Kentucky, make close to what RN's make in the hospitals... and we RN's are typically starting out at 20 bucks an hour, in the hospitals.
So what I'm saying in a nutshell is... you will probably start out around ohhh, 23-24 bucks an hour. That's just my own guesstimate. Because you are going to make about 3 dollars more an hour than the LPN, at least.
