Moving to Lexington,Ky need motel/hotel help

  1. 0 We 're buying a house there but I need a place to live for a short while {2 weeks to a month} when we're doing it, Anyone from the area able to post the cheaps places you've seen there? I start UofK nursing in August.

    There are some extended stay business class hotels in the area, but that can be pricey. You can always post on Craigslist and find a room to rent.

    i have stayed at the extended stay off of nicholasville rd. it's not the the greatest hotel, but is okay short term. here is the information:

    Check out Crescent and shadeland, I believe they do short term leases. It's also quite close to UK's campus as well.

    Candlewood Suites on Newtown Pike is nice, not sure of the rates, but I stayed there during a homeowner's insurance claim and thought it was a good extended stay.
