    I have been getting knots in my stomach when I read about how tough it is for new grads to find jobs right now. Any new grads from this area not been able to find a job within 6 mos of graduation? I know we have quite a large medical arena in Lexington but I still worry... and I haven't even started nursing school yet! lol

    The job market is bleek, but there are jobs out there. I graduate in 2 weeks and I was hired 3 weeks ago. What I have found is that those nursing students who already worked in the hospital, as an aide, clerk ,etc where the ones that found jobs quickly.
