Anywhere in Ky that will take an LPNA

  1. 0 I graduated in September from my LPN program. Since then I believe I have applied at every nursing home in the Louisville area, but no luck. I litterally went through the yellow pages and still nothing. I feel like all the hard work I put in was for nothing and that I'll never find a job. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would appreciate any help I could get.
    Thank you!

You may have to check some of the smaller outskirt hospitals (rural areas). I know when I worked with Humana in thier smaller hospitals they utilized LPN in our Critical Care unit and in nursery. You may have to drive abit or relocate. The smaller populated areas are always in need of good nurses not only RN but LPN.
