Question about provisional license......your help would be appreciated.

I just applied and paid for my state application today. My question is... Will I get my provisional license issued or do they wait until I pay for and register with NCLEX too? I am so broke right now that's all I could afford, but I need a job.

Thank You

You will get your provisional license before you schedule or pay for your boards. Your provisional license is only good for 6months but when you take your boards if you fail your provisional license will be void untill you can pass your nclex, so if you get a job with your provisional license just make sure you pass your boards or you may lose your job (some facilities just step you down to a cna untill you can pass)
