I remember wanting to get everything way before classes started. Though for me I was on a waiting list, and got a call one month before classes started so I actually had to rush to get paperwork done, financial aid, etc. I just wish they hadn't changed to the new edition of the med/surg book after my 1st quarter....couldn't sellt he darn thing LOL. Now that I'm getting ready to start working basically med/surg I'm glad I kept my book.

Also ladies, you will hear lots of people try to scare you about the HESI. Its not that bad. Though it honestly isn't anything like the NCLEX in the style of questions. Study, but don't obsess. Breathe and ask for help when you need it. Heck, ask BEFORE you think you'll need it.
