Accelerated BSN at U of L - anyone going to the info sessions?

Hello all! I am a long time reader of the boards, first-time poster. This is probably a long shot, but I was wondering if anyone in the Louisville area was planning on attending any of the upcoming info sessions for their Accelerated BSN program. I am interested in going back to school to get a BSN and have been looking at U of L's, Bellarmine's, and Spalding's programs. I don't know if I can afford Bellarmine, so right now U of L seems like the best option for me. I'm going to their info session on Thursday.

Even if no one is going to any of the info sessions, if you have any input, advice, or experience with any of the 2nd degree/accelerated BSN programs in Louisville, I would love to hear it! I've read through a lot of the old threads for information, too, and those have been very helpful. I hear it's pretty hard to get into U of L's program, so I'm a little nervous...

I am a student at Bellarmine. I just started this semester. I plan to attend UL's accelerated orientation because I want to find out if it would be possible to switch. The odds are against me, but I'm hoping since I already have a degree and the nursing classes that I am taking now are pretty standard for all programs in Louisville that I may have a chance to change. I am going to apply to Bellarmine's accelerated as well..I just want to be finished by May 2011 and if I stay in the traditional program it's going to take me 2-3 years. Not good!!
