April 1st via NursingCAS, but NursingCAS screwed up and didn't verify one of my transcripts for a month. I finally called them about it, and they fixed it the same day, but I wonder if that might be part of the hold up.

I was told that those who applied before the April 1st deadline would receive priority. I applied by March 20. I'm definitely calling on Monday to figure out what's going on. Hopefully we'll get good news soon.

CGroeneveld.... You applied early (even before me) and I think you should hear good news soon. Sometimes you have to put pressure on them to really know what they are up to... Hopefully you hear good news on Monday. Good luck!

CGroeneveld I also applied early (Feb 23rd) and was told that they would view applications in the order they were received. I guess we just have to be patient, apparently most of us are in the same boat.

I just talked to a representative this morning. It took a while to get the correct information, but basically they have sent out enough acceptances to fill the program and are waiting to hear back from those (I imagine that statistically not everyone will accept). The puts the rest of us in a waitlist. She said that they will be given more information this week - I'm hoping to hear back this afternoon. I don't know how many were qualified that applied by the deadline, because the obviously have accepted people after the deadline, and are making a waitlist. It just would be nice to see where I fall on that waitlist, and just get some information as to why I wasn't accepted initially. She also said that they are going to be changing the way the review/accept/etc applications... Overall its a waiting game to see who will accept from their initial acceptance letters, etc.

I also email my advisor. He simply said they do not know about my status. He will let me know when they will make decision. That can be anytime either tomorrow or may be it will take couple of monthsâ€¦ Coz they will be reviewing our application till 2 weeks before school starts.

Did anyone else get a waitlist letter in the mail? If so are you planning to accept your spot on the waitlist?

I did not get a waitlist letter. I was told that they would be reviewing applications once again on June 1st, and that I would hear back if there was a spot available. What number are you on the waitlist?

CGroeneveld I received my letter on Thursday of last week. They do not state where you are ranked, they just ask you to fill out a form to confirm that you accept your position on the waitlist.
