Hosptials in Kansas City area?

Hi! My husband and I may be moving back to KC this summer. When I lived there before I worked at Liberty hospital and loved it! I also did agency nursing and worked at Research NICU and Menorah. I heard that Research doesn't even have a NICU any more? What hospitals do have NICU's now? And which ones are the best? It's been 11 years since I worked there.

I live in WA state and the pay is so much higher. As an on-call RN, my base pay is $35 plus 15% for on-call ($40.25), plus up to $4.50 shift diff. How does that compare in KC? I have 20 years experience. What about agency pay?
