    I am in the process of accepting a job offer, but am having major anxiety about finding child care for my 8 month old. I have looked around and have not really found anywhere that has early enough drop-off in order to get to work on time. Any helpful ideas? Also, we live in Midtown and thats where I'll be working as well.

    Could you have someone come into your home? Babysitting exchange? A combo of those things? When I was needing childcare, I paid a stay at home mom a couple of bucks an hour to have my kiddos over. I also exchanged hours with another mom who needed child care. Mostly my husband and is rearranged our schedules so that we didn't need childcare.
