Edukan Summer and Fall 2011

U.S.A. Kansas

:heartbeatHey everyone! I am new to this site. I have been browsing for the past couple of weeks and decided to take the plunge and join!!

I have some questions regarding A & P and Microbiology at Edukan. I wanted to get some insight from those of you who have taken these courses or are currently enrolled. Based on what I have read, there are a few professors whoses classes are much more "busier" than others. I work full time and have a three year old. I am trying to knock out 5 pre-req classes by the end of December. Here's what I gotta take to make the deadline at TCU for fall 2012. I am applying to their 2nd degree BSN program.

Nutrition Taking it at a local cc from July 11-Aug 15

Fine Arts Taking via correspondence from Texas State University-San Marcos (just has to be completed within 9 months)

Microbiology Enrolled at Edukan Oct 17-Dec 9th (Professor is JW)

A & P I Enrolled at Edukan Jul 5-Aug 12 (Professor is TR and I have not heard great things in this forum about her)

A & P II Enrolled at Edukan Aug 22-Dec 9th (2 Professors: TL and CP)

Really, I just need someone with some insight on whether I am out of my mind trying to take all these sciences at once (with an overlap of Micro and A&P II). I am not so much concerned about the A&P I overlap with Nutrition).

If you have any experience with any of these teachers, please PM me or email me at [email protected]

I really appreciate your help as I am really struggling with who/when to take these courses. Unfortunately, with my schedule, I can't take a course in May (to avoid having TR as my A & P prof) and I don't think it would be wise to take A & P I and II with any overlap (ie to take A&P from Aug 22-Dec 9th and pick up A&P II from Oct 17-Dec 9th. I don't even know if Edukan would allow it).

Sorry this is so long, but I have been going round and round on this decision.

You gals (and guys) are the greatest!!

You can try. If it doesn't work out, you can always drop. I REALLY enjoyed my classes at Edukan. I still remember everything I learn in each class, which is not the case with inclass courses.

There were students taking A&P and Micro at the sametime, but it was the semester- long class (the first term).
