About the Position:
South Lane Mental Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The PMHNP works as an autonomous practitioner within the scope of their practice and within guidelines provided by Oregon State Board of Nursing practice statutes.

Position Duties:

  • Provide consultation, treatment planning, and treatment services with counselors, case managers, and other treatment team members.
  • Review and approve assessment and services identified in the ISSP for each individual receiving mental health services for one or more continuous years.
  • Follow all regulations and comply with all rules and standards for Oregon PMHNP. Assist SLMH staff in complying with all regulations governing the use of psychiatric medications.
