Director Service Unit RN, Primary Care – Sub Specialties
 
In conjunction with the Chiefs of Service, you will direct, coordinate, facilitate, lead, and evaluate ambulatory patient care services. You will oversee staff, ensure compliance with regulatory compliance, consult on patient care issues, and will manage the budget.
 
Qualifications include:
  • At least seven years of management experience
  • A bachelor’s degree in nursing or health care
  • A master’s degree in business or health care or two years of experience in a directly related field in addition to the bachelor’s degree
  • A current California RN license
  • Demonstrated human relations ad labor relations experience
  • Nursing administration experience in an ambulatory care setting
  • Knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act, NCQA, and other local, state, and federal regulations
  • The ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment
