As a MDS RAI Coordinator / RN you will:
  • Responsible for the RAI Assessment process including timely scheduling, completion, and transmission of MDS, along with the completion of Care Assessment Areas and Care Plans.
  • Ensures that the center is in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations related to the completion of the RAI process.

Qualifications:
As a MDS RAI Coordinator / RN you will have:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Can demonstrate knowledge of RAI requirements by passing Kindred's MDS competency requirements.
  • Current licensure in the State employed.
  • Valid CPR Certification.
  • At least two (2) years of nursing experience with in a long-term care center preferred.
  • One year of RAI/MDS experience preferred.
  • Evidence of continuing education or special preparation or experience in gerontological nursing and/or long term care nursing desirable.
