    I"m currently taking the Supv course for LPNs in LTC. Several of my classmates work in rural LTC and some have over 50 residents with 2 CNAs to provide cares. One claims to have 75 residents and 2 CNAs.

    The question was asked how as nurses we could have a suitable nurse/patient ratio for bith hospitals and LTCs. One suggested a union.

    Anyone have any suggestions?
