    Our office is trying to implement the requirement for nurses to wear identification showing we are nurses. My question is do the badges have to list your last name and/or picture? Or can it simply have your first name and credentials? Thanks!

    Well the only one who can answer that is your own facility. Because i dont think anyone here is on the comittee thats changing your hospitals requirements. I dont see how anyone else would know this, lol.

    Well depending on the facility policy about the picture and I am positive you have to show your credentials not sure about the last name though,,, =)
