Starting Hospice RN Pay

Had a few questions about Hospice RN. What is their starting salary in Iowa? Lower or higher than hospital wage? Have you worked as one and if so, did you start off as a New Grad or with experience?

I heard that a certain Hospice agency is looking for a bilingual RN. I recently graduated in May but do have a few years of LPN experience working in long-term care with residents including many on hospice. I've provided end-of-life cares to many of these residents and families, so I would hope they look at that experience and my bilingual skills as well.

I'm just hoping it pays well since my husband may be laid off soon. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
