:chuckle That's EXACTLY what I feel like. I'm not scared, but I get really nervous when I'm doing a procedure and being watched by my instructor or other nurses. I have a friend who is a CNM. She's been a nurse for over ten years, but she says that some doctors still make her really nervous when she's delivering a baby. Her advice was that if I couldn't do the skills right, they wouldn't have let me in to do a clinical until I got the skills right. So she said to remember that, and to remember that the instructor and the other nurses are not there to critique and find fault with what I do, but they're there to encourage and help me to do things right. It's helped some. Now I feel like a mildly nervous bull in a china shop!
