  1. Hello to everyone.

I'm a certified diabetes educator & work in a private, nonprofit hospital in Miami, FL. I love what I'm doing now in nursing. My department provides both inpatient and outpatient education in DM selfcare management. We serve as a resource for nurses, clinicians, and physicians as well.

Other areas in which I have worked are Critical Care (3 years) Pulmonary & HIV (3 1/2 years, and Cardiac Telemetry 2 1/2 years.

    Hey!
    How are you?
How they pay the nurses down there in Florida.
I hope I will work there during the winter time!
It just too cold up here in New York!
    Drop me a note....please

Pay varies based on experience & specialty. ICU, OR, ER high demand areas. Mercy has best night diff (25% with no cap). Most other hospitals have a max. Don't know starting or 1-yr rates, but will research and post if someone else doesn't post. You could try coming as a traveler. We have quite a few. Pay is great, plus living costs are covered. I love NYC and love to visit--especially when it's cold! Are you really considering a move?
