Hi there. I, too, work for the same company. This is the first I've heard of this. ????

I am non salary as are all my colleagues. Only our Clinical Mgr. is salaried. But we all receive and always HAVE received a good accumulation of PTO/Sicktime.

I have heard "whisperings" through the grapevine that at least one large facility in TX. (I believe) is currently trying out a new plan to the effect of you only get paid for the time you actually work... there is someone here on this board who might know more about this plan. Perhaps she will offer more info.
