Newbie here

  1. HI everyone this is my first time. I do not have RN or anything. NOt even a student yet but I am going to apply to a college for nursing program to major in nursing (pre ) Associate degree. I have a question. I would like to meet any nurses that has hearing impaired and their story about becoming a nurse and their struggles. It would give me some input and push me thru it. I am going thru it. Just wanted to make sure it wouldn't prevent me from getting a job after graduating college.

    Good luck. Welcome!

I imagine if your ability to communicate and understand others isn't impaired, you should do as good as anyone else. Welcome!
