New Member; New RN

  1. Hi! I am from Oklahoma and I just received my RN in July. I was sooo happy I literally fell to the floor and cried with relief---to think it was over! School was very trying with 4 kids and a fairly new marriage. Right now I am working at a rural hospital in which I feel like I had a very bad internship and was basically feed to the wolves. I now have between 6-8 pts during a day shift and working usually 14-16h days. Sometimes I love it and some days I hate it. I guess that is the real world. ----also about me .... I love to be involved with my kids and I love boating and the beach.
