New Educator

  1. I've been a staff nurse and nurse educator for over 25 years. Just completed my master's in nursing-education and took a position at a private college teaching at the freshmen and sophomore levels. It is sooo energizing but also soooo time consuming to prepare and evaluate . Is is more smmoth and efficient the second time around with the same subjects?

    Welcome to allnurses
I would think the second time around would be easier, if only because you already know what works, what the students thought etc
