LPN student new to the board

  1. I am a 21 year old CMT that has been in nursing since i was 18. I am now currently a charge nurse on an alzheimers and behavior unit. I have a lot of problems being a CMT charge nurse on 2 units at the same time especially since I am now the charge over some of the people I went to CNA school with and it makes it difficult to get along with them at work and on a friendship basis outside of work. With the hours I work and starting LPN school in august i dont really have time for much of a personal life or a realtionship and it doesnt seem that anybody really understands this, does anybody have any thoughts on the matter?
