Just passed the NCLEX in TX

  1. hey everybody,

I'm new to this site and wanted to say hello to everyone. I recently passed the NCLEX and am really anxious to start work. I've never worked in the medical field before and wondered how do I handle that on m resume. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.

Most of us don't have a medical background. My background really didn't include any pertinent information as I worked in a restaurant and held odd jobs. Although I was a tech my last quarter of nursing school. So I just focused my resume on my education. That you passed NCLEX and have a degree should be enough to get you that first job. But if you've had a "good job" that wasn't in the medical field but is impressive, or shows some sort of oganizational or leadership experience, you can include that.

    Good luck to you!
