Introducing myself...

  1. Hi ya'll...I am a new grad from Baltimore. Today I found out that I have failed the NCLEX for the second time. I sort of having a hard time dealing with it! I was online searching for any other study guides or classes besides Kaplan (which didn't help me) and I came across this site. It think it's great that I have a place to come to and chat with fellow nurses in similar situations. If anyone has any words of encouragement, feel free to reply! I am new at this, so I have to figure out how to keep track of replies! Hope to hear from anyone!!!

I'm sorry you didn't get better news. I'm not really one to offer advice on this subject, as I've not even been accepted to nursing school at this point. However, I can listen anytime! I'm sure you'll get lots of feedback from the people on this site. Great group of people here, honestly. When I first decided to go to nursing school, just for giggles, I bought a NCLEX-PN study book. Barron's, I believe. Good luck, and I'm sure these folks can help you out. Keep your chin up.

Good morning and welcome!!! If you click on User CP (control panel) it will keep track of the threads you have posted to. Once there, you can click on options and have email reminders sent to you, etc. Glad to have you here!!! I posted on your other thread about the NCLEX, though I have not taken it (student here!)yet.
