I'm a 32 year old single mom of 3 who just started Nursing here in the Philippines at the Our Lady of Fatima University in Lagro.
I was an Education major in PNU before but never finished it.
I must say that I never thought of myself as a nurse but after my son left to live in the states with my mom, I thought of this route to hopefully help me migrate later on. My entire family are all residents/citizens of the US except for me because I gave up my greencard 9 years ago when I fell in love here in the Philippines (which was a big mistake).
It's neat though that the more I'm learning in school now, the more I'm seeing that Nursing is for me. I've always been a caring person and most people just take advantage of me and my generosity. So here's a good way for me to be myself and get paid for it too
I've always been the impatient kind so I'm enjoying feeding my mind with all the info and knowledge that's available on here.
Anyway, please share anything you feel like sharing with me to help me fulfill my dreams of working in the US in the future.
Thanks for reading and goodluck on your endeavors!
