I'm A Newbie

  1. ] HEY THERE! I AM NEW TO THE NET, BUT HAVE 25 YRS EXP AS A NURSE. I HAVE HAD TO MAKE SOME MAJOR CAREER CHANGES DUE TO HEALTH PROBLEMS. I AM CONSIDERING LEGAL NURSE CONSULTING? I FIND MANY IN OTHER STATES, BUT HOW ABOUT SOUTH CAROLINA? MOST ALL CAN BE DONE ONLINE, AND I THINK I WOULD HAVE NO TROUBLE GETTING A BUSINESS GOING STRONG. MY QUESTION IS WHICH PROGRAM AND SCHOOL TO USE. ANYONE HAAAVE ANY INFO CONCERNING THIS?

Hello and welcome to allnurses!!!! I am fairly new myself and am also considering LNC. Go to the legal nurse site for lots of helpful info. re. LNC programs. The moderators are great and offer very helpful advise. After doing alot of research, I am probably going to do the AANLC (American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants) on-line program. You can find out more about it at www.aalnc.org It is a new program.....they have just completed the first 3 of 8 modules that they will offer, but they anticipate having all 8 modules available this fall. There are a few others on this site doing this program as well. Feel free to PM me or any of the others on the LNC site. Once again, WELCOME!!!
