Hi! New Here

  1. My name is Rachel. I am 19 and the mother of a 3 yr old (yes, I was 16 when I gave birth). I live in Tampa, Florida. I graduated from high school last year and started at USF as pre-med. After the first semester, I decided that wasn't what I wanted.

So, I have taken some time off from school to spend time with my family. Now I am going back to community college this fall hoping to become an RN in a few years. We'll see how it goes.

Okay, so that's me in a nutshell.

Isn't it kind of cramped, being in a nutshell?
But, seriously, you go, girlfriend! Good luck and God bless.

[Hi Rachel: I too was a teenage mom, although mine are far from 3 years old now. I went to nursing school pregnant with my third, delivered on the 3 day weekend between 6week summer sessions, went back at the end of the second week and finished my ADN. It can be done. Good luck and come back often for encouragement.
