Here to stay.....

  1. I found this forum by accident a while back and decided to revisit. Little did I know that once I found out how to navigate through it that I would be here to stay.
Hi - I am a 39 year old RN ASN, who has been nursing for 9 years now. I began in Ortho for 4 years in GA, transferred to Arkansas for 2 years as a House Super and now have found my love in Texas working in ER (didn't mean for that to sound like a resume) :imbar
I love to ride motorcycles and travel. It helps that we only work 3 12 hour shifts a week...gives a lot of time for adventuring.
Enough said here...take care all and hope to meet some new people as I continue to learn the site and what it has to offer.

Good to have you both on board !

Chevy RN, that 3 twelves is great, isn't it? We're thinking of going back to it at our clinic as well... at least for the summer. That'll give me some extra riding days, too....

There are a few of us biker-type nurses here.
I also work 3 12's (tue-thurs) so I have time to ride too. that is if it ever stops snowing.
    Welcome!
