Hello

  1. Hi to all. I am a new student nurse and a "non-traditional student" returning to school after several years. I just turned 34 and have a 3 year old son. I found this website by accident the other night and I am so glad that I did! It's nice to see that so many people out there are willing to help each other out and answer questions for those of us who are new to the scene. So, to all you who do, I just want to thank you for answering questions that I didn't even know that I had!!!

Welcome and best of luck in school. I was also a non-traditional student. I started my clinicals when I was 31 and finished when I was 35, but it was the best career move I ever made!
