that is one powerful quote! There's another I like by Max Lucado: God loves you just the way you are, and He loves you too much to keep you that way!

In other words, you have the RIGHT IDEA cuz I swear, if a dream is unfulfilled it will bother you til the day you die, unless you go for it!

Good luck and God bless you!

Hi Januel! Hope you enjoy it here!
I am happy to know that nurses have great faith, always trusting in the Lord. I think that's one of our qualities, otherwise we won't be able to take care of our fellowmen in need.

Hi Settie, I'm originally from the Phils. but now a naturalized US citizen. Just continue to do the best you could, its not gonna be easy but nothing will stop you from getting to where you want to be. I am sad that its getting harder for the nurses from our country to get here and work despite the fact that there is a shortge of nurses work force here in US. I have few relatives who could not get here due to difficult & numerous exams to be taken not to mention the fees they entail. May God bless you.

Those of us who do are so fortunate. I worked many years with a total doubt of the whole God thing - it has changed everything about how I nurse!

Hi. My name is Joe, nice to meet you all.

I'm new here and just took the PN boards today. It cut me off at 86 questions. I thought the minimum cut off was 85. This has got me worried!

Anyway, nice to meet you all. Any advice on my worries would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello!
I am a 41 year old RN of 9 years. Most of my nursing experience is in L & D,
Postpartum, nursery. I'm currently doing home visits to first time pregnant mothers. It is a grant based program and we were told today they are putting a wage freeze on our salaries. With the rising cost of gasoline, I can't afford to do home visits anymore (my husband is laid off). I'm exploring other areas of nursing, particularly dialysis. Any advice?
