  1. :wink2:hi out there I am Anniev I am glad to have found this site!!!! I was begining to think I was the only one who was over worked and under staffed and going crazy!! Nice to see its not just me. I am an LPN from Ohio I have started working 7-3 after 12 years of 3-11 I love what I do for a living I love where I work, though at times it seems impossible to do the job how Id like to, but since going on to days I am begining to think that I am not even working for the same place, wow I never even thought it would be like this But I promised myself Id try for a year before heading back to my tried and true off shifts I never realized how much politics there would be and back stabbing the job is hard enough with out this stress, I am just going to try to keep doing the best that I can for the residents any advice is helpful thanks alot later anniev

    i give you credit for trying 7-3's. i love my 3-11's. have worked 11-7's, but will not work 7-3's.....may come in early but not the whole shift.
