STNA in Ohio new to site :)

by pca_85

Hello everyone, I wish I knew about this thread earlier! Ive been an STNA since the tender age of 17 and am starting LPN school in November. Wish me luck lol. Id love to answer any questions from nursing assistants and put my experience to good use and am desperate for advice to survive nursing school. What else: I'm a cat lover and a nerd. Feel free to make blonde jokes

Ok, I have a question....What is the difference between a CNA, STNA and PCA. I see all these acronyms, I know WHAT they stand for, but not sure if there are differnces, or just same thing , different name. I am STNA student, which is now a pre-req for LPN course, and future LPN student.
