Hello everyone,

My name is niecy and i'm new to the forum so please excuse my for any errors!!

I am looking to start a career in nursing, specifically in the midwifery field. can anyone suggest what i should do to get started?

I live in the Boston, Mass area.

Hi and welcome! You probably should look into college programs for nursing...either a community college or university. Call the nursing dept. and ask questions.

i would also contact a nurse midwife in your area and see if they would allow you to shadow for a day.
