Most accelerated nursing programs are only for people who already have a Bachelors degree in another subject or people who have a 2 year nursing degree (ADN) and want to finish their BSN.
As far as I know, if you do not have previous nursing experience or a degree in something else than accelerated programs are not an option.
If you do not have a previous degree than your choices to get into nursing are pursuing an ADN degree which is offered at most community colleges and takes 2-3 years, or a BSN which is offered at 4 year colleges/universities and takes 4-5 years to complete.
