Hi I am a Hospice Lpn and work for a team call continuous care or supplimental care with our local Hospice. That means if one of our clients are having trouble or is unstable for any reason, we go in and work with the client and client's family. We symptom manage, teach families and client depending on the situation. We work in homes, Assisted Living facilities, nursing homes,ect.... I love my job and better yet, I love being a nurse. I am working on getting my RN. I am planning on living in England for a year once I finish that. I am researching nursing in England and how it works. I will be in the East Sussex area.
