hellos

hello to my fellow nurses. I have been a registered nurse for 15 yrs and am currently working in the operating room. My experience has included Medsurg staff nurse, charge nurse and manager. I have floated to ICU, ER, and OB. I started in the Operating Room 4 yrs ago. A little over a year ago I became the charge nurse of the Operating Room and primarily "run the board". I work in a rural hospital with 77 beds and the Operating Room performs about 250 cases a month ranging from Orthopedics, Plastics, General surgery, and ENT. We do not have Neuro or Cardiac Surgeries. I am posting to network with other nurses across the country as I have been at the same facility for all of my nursing career. cicinurse
