Hello all! A few questions about Cardiac Care as a specialty

by TanyaS

Hi everyone. I am a nursing student, looking forward to graduation in December.

I am currently working on a paper about nursing specialities. My paper is on nephrology nursing, but I need to compare that to another speciality. I chose cardiac care. My questions are:

1) What are the benefits of being a cardiac care nurse?

2) What are the disadvantages, if any, to being a cardiac care nurse?

3) How is the job market currently for cardiac care nurses?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. I have had trouble finding this information online.

Tanya
