hello!

Hello everyone! My name is Kim and I well into my first year of being a new grad RN. I did an externship for 6 months, took my boards found out I passed and went straight back into working at the same place I did my externship. I found myself fairly lucky compared to many other new grads in my area who are struggling because there is such a demand for new grad positions in hospitals. I've been through the difficulties, fears and worries that involve being new in the field. I just take it day by day and hope for the best with a little prayer before each shift.
