Anxious to be a NURSE

I enrolled for BSN and classes will start this November 16. I am anxious and nervous at the same time. I am now 36 years old and my first course was AB Mass Communications. I have always wanted to be a Nurse but my Dad did not approve. I am now pursuing my dreams and hoping that it's not yet too late for me. Several of my cousins and friends are second courser and are now Registered Nurses. They all say this is gonna be a bumpy road since I need to balance school life with family life. I am positive that allnurses.com will come handy when things get a little more complicated for me in this next chosen career. I believe I will survive this - Come Hell or High Water!

if you are dedicated enough and you really want it you will make it no matter how bumpy the road is. Nursing was also my second career. Half my class was in their late 30s or older and had families. It can be done!

Welcome

Sometimes bumps are put in the roads on the journeys we make but with determination the destination remains the same

Best of luck and don't forget the student section

Thanks so much for welcoming me here and giving those nice, inspiring thoughts. I am a very determined person and once I have set my mind onto something, there is no turning back. Of course, knowing that there are people around here that I can turn to for advise is definitely awesome! Cheers to us all who aspires to serve in the medical field.
