A four year BSN is needed for almost every country, so there is not a short cut available. And if using that as a means to get out of the country, then they may not be happy as a nurse and will not survive in the field.
You are looking at about four years for school and then most are now requiring two years of work experience before they will permit you to get a visa for their country. And things are going to get tighter with the number of graduates in the programs in your country.
Unless they have always wished to be a nurse, would not consider it at this point. Definitely, if looking just for the fastest way out.
