working as pioneering staff nurse in a new hopsital

Hello everyone.

I just a got a job in a new hospital, and will be one of the pioneering staff. I honestly don't know what to expect. The hospital isn't operational yet, and we were told then when we start working there wont really be patients yet. Im very anxious. I hope some of you can paint a picture of how it will be like for nurses in a very new institution. What will be the advantages and disadvantages of being one of the pioneering nurses? Thanks.
