The International Credential Evaluator has communicated to the applicant why this credential was not accepted. It could be that you didn't have the required nursing courses, medical school not counted toward nursing. Or you don't have the required hours in ob, psych, peds, maternity, and med-surg. You should receive a letter with the details.
