Please do treat the above information from CGFNS as a rough guide only. It was created April, 2007 and note the disclaimers on the bottom of the chart.

You would certainly just pick one State to apply to and to be able to download an application form or request one via mail you would have to go to their website so whatever the information in the State BON/BRN's website states are the correct requirements just in case it would be diff. from what is stated from CGFNS' chart. Also, any additional questions you may have w/c you cannot find on their website or application form, you can find an e-mail on every site where you can make your inquiries. To know the websites of the diff. State BON you can go to http://www.ncsbn.org.

I would also recommend that you do some reading, esp. on the diff. stickies in the Int'l and Phil. forum. Thanks.
